COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
PAN-FRY: Pan-fry each side of thawed product for 2-3 minutes over medium heat in oil.
OVEN BAKE: Bake product in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 12-14 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
AIR-FRY: Place product in a pre-heated air fryer at 160°C for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 74°C.
