*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE & PREP
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing.
SKILLET
Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Boiling, microwaving, cooking from frozen, or reheating once cooked. Do not consume raw.
GRIDDLE
Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475°F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
GRILL
Pre-heat covered grill to 500°F. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
