Oven:
Preheat Oven to 200C.
Place product that has been brushed with oil (optional) on a baking pan. Bake for approximately 8-10mins or middle rack.
Microwave:
Brush Oil on product. Grill on high heat for 2-3mins. on each side.
Pan Fry:
Preheat 1tbsp of cooking oil (optional) in a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Add product and cook for 2-3mins.on each side.
